In this photo four men are seen standing in what appears to be an office standing fully clothed and wearing a type of ski mask so that all is visible is their eyes and hands. To me what stands out about this painting is the obvious age difference between the four men. You can see this in their hands and in their eyes. To me this shows that whatever group these men represent it transcends age. Men young to old have latched on to whatever they stand for. It seems obvious to me that this is some sort of militant group with a probable political purpose. They seem to represent the poor and disadvantaged based on the quote and the photo does a good job of allowing the viewer to form their own opinion about these men.

Some may view these men as ruthless militants or terrorists while others view them as liberators and freedom fighters. Yet, the photographer does lean either way in his photo. In addition the background of the photo tells a lot about the history of the group the four men are a part of. There is a painting of a man hanging on the wall, perhaps the founder of their organization who is dressed in bullets. This presents the group as militant but the light bulb hanging from the ceiling perhaps represents that these men are enlightened.

Overall this is the piece that stood out to me in a group of very telling and thought inspiring photos.
