Final Cut Editing

The video tutorial I found was posted on a youtube and I found it quite informative. The basic idea of the video is to teach you how to work through the final cut pro editing process without even touching the mouse. They teach you to use the J, K, L, space bar, and arrow keys to move through out the application.
