The Belated Blog #1 Warhol&Morrison

Sorry for the late arrival of my first blog,but i was experiencing some technical difficulties. An artist who has always fascinated with was and is Andy Warhol, and I would have to say it predominantly has to do with his association with The Doors lead singer Jim Morrison. The era in which both these artist grew up in people were taking tons of mind expanding drugs and when you look at a Warhol works and when you listen to The Doors you can feel and see what that artist was going through at that particular time in their life.
The vibrant colors and psychedelic images such as Warhol's Marilyn Monroe painting or his self portrait are just two examples of his ability to see things differently.
