Experience at mattress factory

My experience at the mattress factory was one that differed from my experience at any other museum. By the use of installation art allows the viewer to become drawn and fully submerged into the art. Which is an experience which is very rare at any museum nowadays.Not only was the experience differnt the whole atmosphere was changing with each new exhibit.
The feel of the mattress factory is what i felt made the experience so unique. The artwork became about the whole setting as opposed to just seeing something framed on a wall. The setting became part of the artwork because if the mood wasnt set correctly the artwork would lose its essence. The most important part in my opinion is the way it was presented by altering the settings and creating illusions, which made the art come alive.
